This adorable brooch depicts a mother swan with her babies on a cutout water design. It’s a 1990s vintage piece. Wild Bryde was a renowned jewelry company specializing in nature-themed designs, particularly animals and plants. This brooch features a slightly hammered textured, non-tarnishing rhodium silver alloy finish. All Wild Bryde jewelry is meticulously crafted entirely in the USA company that started in 1981 in the garage of a house in Wild Cat Canyon on McBryde Avenue in Richmond, California. This location interestingly inspired the company’s name., Yelp lists the business as “permanently closed.”
The brooch measures 2 1/2 inches by 1 3/4 inches and has a long straight pin and rollover closure. It’s marked with the Wild Bryde logo and the production number P101. The brooch is in excellent condition and will be presented in a gift box.
